To save an active layer that you have modified to the database, click on the "Save layer" icon , located in the Actions toolset. The "Save layer" window appears in which you can enter the template type of the layer and the name you have given the layer. The saved layer is added to the end of the list of templates of the corresponding type. The new layer will now be available whenever you open the window for this type of template.
